Ukrainian and Russian presidents agree permanent ceasefire
FXStreet (Łódź) - According to the latest reports, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Petro agreed in a telephone conversation on a permanent ceasefire in eastern Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that “the viewpoints of the presidents of the two countries largely coincide on possible ways out of the grave crisis situation.”
Meanwhile, EU officials are due hold talks on further possible sanctions against Russia, which could be announced as soon as this Friday.
